Seller: BLACKSPGTI, trading online as SPGTISTORE. We are an online-only store based in Jerusalem, Israel, with no physical shop, office or warehouse. Customer support: razbenjamin7@gmail.com.

SPGTISTORE is an independent store, not affiliated with the Volkswagen Group. Brand and model names describe compatibility only.

Prices are in US dollars and are charged in US dollars. Delivery is free and included in the price. Import taxes and duties depend on your country, as explained in our Shipping policy.

Your order is accepted once payment is confirmed. If an item turns out to be unavailable, we cancel that item and refund it in full.

Vehicle compatibility is listed on each product page. If you are not sure, send us your VIN before ordering and we will check.

Some parts may not be approved for road use in every country. Each product page notes any restriction we know of; you are responsible for local rules where you drive. Fit products as described in their instructions.

Reviews: reviews on product pages come only from buyers whose purchase we have confirmed, and are published after a check for spam and offensive content. We publish genuine positive and negative reviews alike, and we never write or pay for reviews.

Shipping, returns, refunds and warranty are described in our Shipping, Return & Refund and Warranty policies, which form part of these terms.

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Israel. This does not take away the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live. If something goes wrong, contact us first and we will try to resolve it.
