Shipping

Where we deliver: the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Germany, France, the Netherlands and Israel. Not every product can be delivered to every country: each product page and the checkout show where that product can be delivered. Quebec is currently excluded from Canadian delivery, and some products cannot be delivered to California.

Free shipping: delivery is free on every order. The price you see on the product page already includes delivery to your address.

Processing: orders ship directly from our suppliers to your address. We place your order with our supplier within 3 business days of payment. Delivery usually takes 1 to 3 weeks after dispatch, depending on the product and your country; the estimate for your country is shown on the product page before you buy.

Tracking: you receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

If we cannot ship your order within the time stated, we will email you a new estimate and you can cancel for a full refund.

Duties and taxes: United States: any import charges are paid by us when the order is dispatched. United Kingdom: VAT and any duties are shown at checkout or collected on delivery. European Union (Germany, France, the Netherlands): import VAT applies and may be charged at checkout or on delivery. Canada: GST/HST and a carrier handling fee may be charged by the carrier on delivery. Australia: GST may apply. Israel: import VAT and duties may apply above the personal-import exemption and are collected on delivery.

Lost or damaged parcels: if tracking shows no movement for 30 days, or your parcel arrives damaged, contact us through the Support page or at razbenjamin7@gmail.com with your order number (and photos for damage). We will send a replacement or refund the order.
