Who is responsible: SPGTISTORE (the BLACKSPGTI store, operated online from Jerusalem, Israel) is responsible for the personal information described here. Contact us about privacy at razbenjamin7@gmail.com or through the Support page.
Orders: to fulfil your order we collect your name, email, shipping address and, if you give it, your phone number. Checkout and payment run on Shopify and PayPal; card details are handled by the payment provider and never reach SPGTISTORE.
Reviews: if you write a review, we use your order number and email only to confirm with our order system that you bought the product. We do not store that email with the review. We publish the name you choose, your country, your rating, your text and the date.
In your browser: your cart, saved car and cookie choice are stored on your device. We count page views anonymously, without cookies and without personal data.
Only if you choose 'Allow' in the cookie notice: (1) we measure your visit (time on site, return visits) with random identifiers that are never linked to your name or order; and (2) we use Meta (Facebook, Instagram) Pixel and Google Analytics cookies to measure our advertising and to show you relevant ads. Meta and Google process this data under their own privacy policies. If you decline, none of this runs and the store works the same. You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser; the cookie notice then appears again.
Campaign links: if you arrive through a link with a campaign label (for example from our Instagram), we record that label with your order so we know which channel works. The label contains no personal information.
Why we use your data (legal bases where GDPR / UK GDPR apply): to perform our contract with you (your order and delivery), to meet legal obligations (tax and accounting records), for our legitimate interests (preventing fraud, anonymous statistics, confirming that reviews come from real buyers), and with your consent (visit measurement and ad cookies).
Who we share it with: our supplier and the carrier, only as needed to deliver your order; the service providers that run the store (Shopify, PayPal, our hosting provider); and, only with your consent, Meta and Google as described above. These providers may process data outside your country, under the safeguards they provide. We never sell your personal information.
How long we keep it: order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require, typically up to 7 years. Published reviews stay until you ask us to remove them. Visit statistics are kept as daily totals for up to 400 days, and random visitor identifiers for 30 days. Other data is deleted when no longer needed.
Your rights: you can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, to restrict or object to how it is used, to receive a copy, and to withdraw consent at any time. Contact us and we will reply within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority (for example in the EU, the UK's ICO, or Israel's Privacy Protection Authority).
Children: the store is not directed at children under 16.
Our website does not respond to 'Do Not Track' signals; measurement and ad cookies stay off unless you allow them.
